Medical
Front Office Administration

We are looking for a friendly personality that can greet and welcome patients at the office. Must be organized, computer savvy, and able to handle high volume of patients and multitask responsibilities. This person creates the first impression for patients arriving at the office, so having people skills and an eagerness to provide excellent care is essential.

Medical
Assistant

Our Medical Assistant role requires excellent communication skills and be a team player. They will be responsible for managing the clinic schedule and helping patients with completing follow up care. This person must be able to listen and advise patients on the best course of action based on the treatment plan that is chosen with the physician and will be the main point of contact for our patients.

Requirements: Must have prior experience in a clinical setting or complete our ENT Patient Care Student Volunteer program.

Medical
Scribe

The Scribe role is critical in providing quality care for patients by transcribing the full encounter with the physician. This person will be working directly with patients during their office visit and will also be a main point of contact for patients to complete their follow up care. Must be interested in medicine, and be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Requirements: Must have prior experience in a clinical setting or complete our ENT Patient Care Student Volunteer program and start as a Medical Assistant.

(Must have strong communication skills in English/Korean and minimum 1 year commitment. Part time or full time.)


Surgical
Navigator

The Surgical Navigator will coordinate the patient's surgical care to increase the efficiency and quality of care that is delivered to the patient at the hospital. They will be the patient advocate and care for them in a highly supportive and personal manner and also will serve as a liaison to ensure that patients and families receive resources and services as needed.

(Must have strong communication skills in English/Korean or English/Spanish.)


ENT Patient Care Student Volunteer

The ENT Patient Care Student Volunteer plays a vital role in the patient’s experience at Sensa Health. We are looking for a team player that is passionate about helping people, and want to make a difference in people’s lives. As a point of contact to patients you will have direct impact on the quality of patient care by serving in key roles for assisting patients with appointments in the office, and patient intake.

*This position offers opportunities to get hands on experience and exposure to patient care and the medical clinic environment. Students that are interested in pursuing the medical field are encouraged to apply and will be offered opportunities to shadow the physician in a clinical setting. This position offers introductory exposure to a clinical setting with potential for hire as a Medical Assistant/Scribe upon completion.

(Must have strong communication skills in English/Korean, or English/Spanish. 2-month commitment, minimum 2-3 full days per week.)
